devices for surge protection
Hi, If I add a MOV type device in parallel to the shore power cord will it offer some down stream protection to my RV?

The circuit consists of three buss wires
LINE
Neutral
Earth Ground
240 connections need a second LINE (L2) buss but we won't go there.
This package serves best connected after the (closer to the rig) autotransformer voltage protection. If I had a high-end gaming PC desktop I sure as hell would protect it with an ISOLATION TRANSFORMER AHEAD OF THE UPS.
Now I gotta go and find out what puked on the Whiffco. Jim's Megawatt remains under the evil eye. I want to hear whimpers before ripping into it.
