devices for surge protection
Hi, If I add a MOV type device in parallel to the shore power cord will it offer some down stream protection to my RV?

yes, delayed restart to save compressor after shutdown, mis wiring issues, over/under voltage shut off, etc.
that Is why I think all of these recommendations should be for a multi-function surge protector, not a $90 special.
