As stated above, I don't know what you mean by the "red hub". All you have to do is remove the grease cover, the cotter pin and the nut. You may, or may not have to back off the brake adjustment. Most of the time I am able to get them off without having to do this. You should always replace the grease seal once you remove the hub.
