Unless you are going to drive it and get it up to normally operating temperatures, I'd just let it sit. Diesel's are pretty forgiving if you are just sitting for 2-3 months I'd not worry about it. Might idle rough for a minute when you do start it but it'll settle right out. Make sure your fuel tank is full or add something to absorb any tank condensation and your good to go.
