differance between 13500 BTU/Ac and 15000 BTU/AC

I have a 31 foot class C motor home with a 13500 BTU/ac and it will not keep my unit cool. It runs all day and most the night. Will a 15000 BTU unit make a big enough difference or is their something ...

Do you have window awnings? They make a world of difference. Not only do they keep the sun off the glass, they keep the sun off the metal window frames which transfers a ton of heat.
Our 33' Bounder cools with a 13.5 A/C, duel pane windows, window and patio awnings.
