Yes, but I am trying to pin you down on just exactly what you bought. If you got the single stage Randy version car showroom charger, then that is not what you needed obviously.
What you do truly need is another story, and how to get there from here is another, but let's first at least establish what you actually have!
To say that Randy sold you a single stage charger to replace the WFCO that would only do one stage is a serious accusation, so let's make sure of our facts. :(
