For a Chassis type problem, you should go to a Auto/Truck Dealer chassis facility for a intermittent problem like you had. COMMUNICATION is the key. Yours and the Facility. You should have been informed up front that the first 1 to 2 hours was your responsibility if they could not locate the problem. Then you could authorize additional time if needed. That would be your decision. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Nobody can gurantee that they can find every problem in a determined time. But, if you signed an open RO, then you were responsible, but the facility should have kept you informed after the first 2 hours. Doug
