Disabling the converter charger when using the inverter

Apologies if this has been answered but a search didn't help. If I install a disconnect switch in the positive lead from the converter to the batteries, will this create a problem? This would b...

OK, yall have me thinking. I'll have to run through the wiring in the morning and see what goes where.
