I have an inverter but I'm only using shore power. I only move every few months.

I have a 522 receiver.

The dish programming only comes in if it's set to channel 73 "cable".

I'm not sure what the story about the the hopper is about -- that somehow bypasses ground loops?

Also confused about the 2 prong thing. My 2nd tv has only 2 prongs.

Again, would a different type of tv make a difference?
