Disk brake actuators...which one?

If you purchased an actuator for disk brakes what did you finally end up with?

I would like to mount mine on the a-frame of trailer, so weather plays a role.

I would like the manufacture to have been in business for sometime.

Most of all a dependable unit.

Thanks
  • I used the Carlisle 1600 psi actuator cuz the physical size was better for where I mounted it and I wanted the most psi. It's weatherproof and I've seen them on really old trailers so they must hold up all right. I'm not sure if the Titan is 1600 psi. Craig
  • Buy it from E trailer, they'll advise. Attwood is always good
Wouldn't you think any surge brake actuator is weather resistant ?
Or maybey you talking a different actuator ??
I bought a surge disc brake actuator off ebay, worked great. Don't know the name.
