I had a friend with the exact same problem. He had rubber portions of supply lines collapsing due to heat, kinking, and high vacuum. (vacuum via fuel pump pulling fuel from tank) What made it so hard to figure out was everything looking normal in the shop under cooler conditions. I think it was a TSB which came out and the dealer notified him of the problem and repaired/replaced sections of the supply line. Wish I had more detail.
