Dmax limp mode, fuel rail pressure too low - Anyone else?

A few weeks back I went on a working trip that involved one of our major mountain passes. It was hot out, I'm towing my 27' TT with my D/A dually and I no sooner hit the beginning of the Coquihalla...

My thoughts too. Not sure if this is the root of the problem. But I would start here since it is cheap fix
