Dmax limp mode, fuel rail pressure too low - Anyone else?

My Ram had a lift pump in the tank so no chance of fuel lines collapsing except when the lift pump failed (which it did). I haven't had this issue with my Dmax and I've pulled some very long hills in very hot weather.

If your truck is 'tuned' it may be the cause of the problem.
