Do I have 2 WFCO Converters?
I was preparing to install a HDMI outdoor receptacle and I found this at the back wall behind my Power Center

Isn't the item in the second picture below the breakers the Converter?
I know the stand alone item is a converter for sure, because of the label, but I connected it to a separate battery, and there is no output.
What gives?????
