I own a Champion C46540. Six years and counting. Built a Box to help silence the darn noise. Learned from MrWiz, just cut the gas off, let her run dry (after load is removed) and no problems. Turn the fuel on wait a few seconds for fuel to trickle down, one or two pulls, she will fire right up. Of course I have added electric start so I just twist the key start. Have you any idea why Robert would like to hear from Champion owners? Maybe did they get their $$$ worth?? On the older ones anyway. And yes, I'm a Honda 650 want-to-be owner. I would settle for a EU1000i and add a 'jaugston' box.
