Do you pay for winterizing?
Not sure how many people pay for winterizing but it is easy enough to do yourself. How much does a shop charge for winterizing a trailer? DIY winterizing

When using only air, make sure you open your toilet valve. How do we know? We've forgotten a couple of times and once we were lucky, so now we use the pink stuff to ensure it's all out. Same with the spray head at the kitchen sink!
