Do you put in black tank treatment pod prior to storage?
Of course, we dump and throughly rinse our black tank at the end of a trip. And often, it is a month or more till our next trip. Recently, I dropped one of those tank treatment pods into the tank after our final rinse, on the "why not?" theory.
Yes, the tank is empty and fairly dry, but maybe the enzymes in the pod (or whatever is in there) will have some beneficial effect while the trailer is sitting in my driveway, waiting for the next trip.
I am pretty sure that this treatment won't do any harm, and I have doubts about whether it will do any good! ;) But those pods are inexpensive, so what the heck -- might as well.
So that's what I am asking -- what do you do after you rinse and just before storage?
