We have three Lifeline 8-D AGM, 225 Ah each for 675 Ah. The array is 750w/ 3 250w polys in series. Generally without an inverter, one panel and a grp 27 is enough. However we also use a electric cooktop, air conditioner, auto drip for coffee and hot water and even a 200w heater to take the chill off the bathroom in the mornings. What we rarely use is the microwave.
Our bank was never at rest from a week ago Saturday until this morning. I'm going to let it rest until tomorrow morning before putting the megawatt on it.
Jim, please let us know how that goes, the MegaWatt recharge. A new link, perhaps, or add it in in this thread as knowledge base for new AGM type batteries and first few deep cycle discharges and Open Circuit Voltage to be expected after a full top charge on a relatively new AGM battery.
Thanking you in advance.
