I went to USA Home Despot and purchased 2/0 and 4 gauge building wire. One foot lengths. Stripped off the insulation. I use individual strands cut to desired length. Bend in a tight loop, snip ends for perfect fit. The strand from 4 gauge cable fit these power supplies perfectly. Even twin strands in one power supply terminal fit perfectly. In the last loop which is sticking out slightly, I bend the end of a connecting wire and solder it to the loop. Then heat shrink, plus Sillycone the 2 free loops for insulation. Same for the line voltage terminals.
And DeOxit D100 is indeed magic for soldering gun copper tip to aluminum connector barrels. While others are waiting for their tip to heat up, I'm soldering. I picked up an unused WEN 400-watt, box still sealed with yellowed scotch tape for a dollar at a USA yard sale.
Just scored fifty new Mueller alligator clips for seven dollars on eBay. Only I bid. Plated steel. Copper is a horse with a different tint, price-wise. I need tweezers style test leads. Back to shopping.
