Does DEKA make a good UPS battery?

The bank rested at 13.05v which is .05v too low. Either I didn't leave the Mega on long enough or the third battery is pulling down the other two.
Options in my feeble way of thinking. Put the Mega back on full bank at 14.4v and give it a chance to bring whole bank up.
Run a conditioning charge on bank
pull third battery off bank and rerun conditioning charge on it while hitting the other two at 14,4v again.
Last thing is in the concept of cycling the bank to get it going. 12.5v at resting isn't a deep cycle of this bank even considering the usage and conditions.
