If it only accepts 21 amps maximum from the megawatt at 14.4v, it will only accept 21 amps from your Alpha and Omega alternator at 14.4v and that is only if the voltage drop on the cabling to your trailer is thick enough to support that 14.4 reaching the distant Telecom AGM.
Can't argue with a 125$ 150AH AGM though. I spent over $300 for 90AH, but it will suck 100 amps from my alternator, when needed and available.
yes, but it is rare for me to drive less than 4 hours on any trip, not at 57-58MPH due to tire speed limitations and 14" tires on the TT, so it's slow I go, and slow to recharge seems to be OK too.
