I'm Calling BS on that, unless that lifeline is already at 99.9% charged when you crank voltage upto 14.45v, and if this is the case you should include that in your post.
The 125AH group31 Lifeline I got to break in would still take hours to taper down to 0.625 amps after it reached 14.4v at ~40 amps from 50% SOC.
In fact before it was discharged the initial time, I could not even get amps to taper to below 0.78.
Nope. BS on 30 seconds to taper to 0.5% of capacity. BS BS BS
