Part of it is the 175 Amp alternator, part of it, I suspect is that now that the trailer also has an AGM battery, as well as the SUV/Truck, every thing seems matched and balanced in charging voltage necessary for both batteries to get topped off at the same required voltage.
That this battery only has a 20 amp hour charging take rate also means it's not sucking the life out of the alternator, or heating it up too much also, me thinks.
It has made me a believer out of not mixing and matching FLA and AGM batteries together, for charging, or discharging purposes.
Someone was looking out for me when I bought this battery, or perhaps I stumbled into some blind luck, I did manage to find an acorn, this time around.
