At 3:43, with being off the charger, voltage measured 13.44V OCV. It was charged to 14.40V showing at the battery terminals with the digital Multi Meter when turned off at 3:33 PM.
No matter how you do it, getting the last 10% of top charge back in these things takes it's sweet, slow time doing so, you just can't force the battery chemistry to do something it doesn't want to do, it just takes it's sweet Mary Anne time getting top charged.
For reference, from the last time... Voltage is a bit lower this time for setting on the MegaWatt, so it might be a little slower.
