Does DEKA make a good UPS battery?

So ...................... have any of you guys ever seen with your AGM(s) what I keep seeing with the four different AGMs I've had in our RV?: When they're full, they're full. No current flows into them regardless of what charge voltage I apply.
However, my ammeter only resolves to 100 milliamps, so maybe less than this is flowing into them when they're fully charged and the meter doesn't show it. With the wet cell batteries I've owned, some small but easily measured current will always flow into them even after they're fully charged.
