Yes... took it off the BBQ at 6:41 after running out of the garage to the backyard... that went on the grill at 6:02.
Swig of beer... check battery and log it, run to the BBQ in the back yard and flip it every 5 to 10 minutes. Multitasking, you know, non Union job! :W
Meat has to cool 5 minutes, off of grille, it's still cooking, then carve it into servable slices... then run back into garage, log more data, come out, swig of beer, serve with tossed green salad, and eat. I am NOT logging info when a 3 pound Tri tip roast needs to be sliced, diced and consumed, hot off the grille, with a cold beer... priorities, you know.
Worst case scenario, extrapolate the missing data, if you must, using trend analysis.
