How can you say they are fully charged? A fully charged 12vdc battery is 12.6 and up, not 12.06.
I have a 4amp load on the batteries that are drawing them down to 12.4.
If you view the graph of post #4 you can see the batteries were at 12.7v before applying the load. I should have been more clear in my original post regarding that.
