I'm also suspicious that the batteries aren't fully charged. By far the best way to determine charge is to measure the SG which takes the guesswork out of a voltage check.
The graph apparently shows a 4A load for 5 hours or 20Ah with batteries that are likely rated at 200Ah+ and the voltage is very low with that small load still attached. That's only a 10% discharge. Perhaps the bad terminal is a factor.
But stop the guesswork and check the SG after charging and at the end of the load test.
