Unfortunately, the area under the faux bottom of the vanity (where this piping lies) and the wiring to the hot water tank to the left of this spot are a mess from the dealer doing "work" in there. Prior to purchase, they allowed the tank and some of the water lines to freeze, supposedly all was fixed, however, I found a couple more leaks and the tank was wired incorrectly, it would not operate on electric at all. Not to mention they used wire nuts on the 12 volt which were already falling apart. Those are regular multi turn valves with some string laying where the previous owner had tied tags on as labels.
At this point, I would like to THANK you all, this has been some extremely helpful advise here. I am visiting a sick friend later this morning and then heading to Lowes.
