Yes, all electrical switches are off of course, AC & DC.
The piezo igniter makes a strong click but have no idea about the spark. Where do I look for that?
Yes, the thermostat is on high, and I hold it down while plunging the piezo igniter several times (5-10) rapidly then hold it for 10-15 secs more...as the instructions say.
Yes, the stove works...as well as the water heater.
I already have that installation/service manual.
If I can learn how to verify spark, perhaps I will do the maintenance procedures....? I saw no spark, but then again, I don't know where to look.
Can it be lit by hand?
btw: I could swear that I watched the service tech test it and I personally saw the small blue flame through the peak-hole when I bought it. This camper and especially the refer w/propane has been little if ever used. It is in VERY good shape. So, my guess is it is a very simple problem. I don't think I'm missing anything, but...I am human.
