dometic 4 door ref

Question

i have a new dometic 4 door with ice and water in the door, the problem is the refrigerater only gets to 33 degrees and thats on 5 coldest settting no matter if its gas or electric. i noticed the cooling fins on the inside are constanly dripping water,like there defrosting all the time. the doors are closed we lock them when we close them the freezer is working correctly, i am looking for help to keep my food cold, thanks

If your refer is down to 33 it is doing great.  (We are talking ferenheite temps, ?))

Occasionally our refer goes below 32 at night and we have milksicles on our cereal.  I would be very happy if it maintained 33 degrees.

i know 33 is a good number but what concerned me was that it was new and i was having to put it on the coldest setting 5 to get it that cold if i put it on 3 the temp is 38 and the weather out side is only 70 thanks for your response
