Dometic Air only fast speed

Bought a used camper. Too cold to test the AC, but the fan worked, I thought.

The AC has only one speed, haulin butt. Is this an easy fix? This seems like a much faster speed than my other Dometic AC in the camper I have for sale.
The fan is also rubbing on something, maybe the wheel is touching the sides, seems unbalanced.

Is there a way to trick the compressor to come on? I tried holding the temp probe in my fingers already. I would like to know if compressor will kick in before messing with the fan speed. Maybe a lighter?

    its unaltered. regular drop-in AC unit on the roof. no ducts, just the roof panel.

    from 2005 probably if it is original to the camper.

    Not enough info. Is this A/C ducted and controlled by a factory original wall mount thermostat OR has it been replaced with an after market thermo intended for use in a house? If the latter the PO didn't wire in a switch that would allow 2 fan speeds and simply chose the highest fan speed.
