Dometic Americana Fridge M# 2652
It's old but works great on electric mode. Used to work great on propane but not so good lately. Great flame, cleaned burner & thermocouple with wire brush. Any ideas ? Thanks

A boroscope/inspection camera might suffice for inspecting the baffle, too. I've never tried it, but on paper seems like it ought to work and be a lot less labor than pulling out the fridge. Amazon has some cell phone connected ones (of who knows what quality) for not a whole lot of coin.
