Not just 230 volts but you need 50 Hz rated motors etc. These will be very difficult to source in the US.
+1 to get a custom build with no 120v items or strip them out and resell as you replace them with the proper rating. Even the breakers, electric panel, transfer switch, may not be rated for the power you plan to use.
