Other than the 50 HTZ thing, aren't 50amp services in reality two 120vac circuits? On edit; I checked on the power for NZ and they use three wires for most circuits, a hot 230 vac, a common and an earth.
I do not believe that heating elements care about frequency other than using 50 htz will require more amperage than 60 htz and may get hotter. Heater elements are available in NZ for Norcold fridges.
However, there is a lot of other stuff that won't like the 230 VAC and converting to 230 volts would be expensive. I'd suggest ordering your rig without a fridge and having a Small NZ size fridge put in when you get home.
