dometic appliances sold in the usa with 220v?

Does anyone know where I can buy in the USA dometic or any RV appliances that would suit the European market ie: that would need 220v. I am buying a 5th wheeler in the USA and exporting it home for personal use, Someone told me dometic usa can supply refrigerators and ovens that take both 110v and 220v, someone else told me that the appliances often have two 110v cables to get enough power to run big appliances in big RV's and someone else told me you can't buy anything at all in the USA like that. ??? help someone
