First thing I would try is a routine preventitive maintenance including cleaning of the burner assembly.
What is most likely happening: The thing is blowing out due to wind as you drive.
It could also be a bad connection (Thermocouple (Flame sensor one) to control board, or the Thermocouple (Flame sensor) or the flame needs adjustment (part of the routine maintenance procedure)
