Buy a New 15k Penguin Heat Pump. DO NOT BUY THE 12 TO 5 KIT. Just buy a NEW 12 button wall tstat. The cost is about the same as the 12 to 5 kit. The 12 button has all sorts of features like a programmable Home tstat. Doug
