What I mean by demo as this unit was used as a operating display unit then they sold me the unit. I contacted Dometic when I purchased the unit to find out what thermostat to purchase for the unit. I was wondering is it possible that a part could have been borrowed for the unit and when it was replaced wires crossed causing the reverse operation. Also the thermostat does have a heat pump mode. The thermostat work the unit just fine , just opposite what setting the thermostat is in. The fan works on low or high when in the fan mode. I do not have the furnace wires hooked up to the control board.
