Dometic Heat Pump

I just installed a Dometic Brisk Air II Heat pump with a single zone LCD thermostat. But I have an issue. When I set the thermostat to cool and turn the temp down the uniy starts heating and when I set it to heat pump and turn the temp up the nit cools. The rook unit is doing opposite what the thermostat is set to. Any ideas? Please Help. The roof unit was a demo unit. Maybe a reversed wire somewhere?
