What is the outside temp? Is the fridge on shady side or in sun? Do you have fan(s) in rear to exhaust heat?
We had similar problem, changed to Whirlpool, problem solved. I realize this may not be an option for you, but the above questions are inherent for an RV fridge. Good luck
