1. ALL white wires EXCEPT the 2 pin connector below the 6 pin connector are GROUND wires. The 2 Pin with white is the Temp Thermister that goes to the refer evaporator. So, if you have a white wire that is NOT connected, that means the control board is NOT getting the negative signal to operate. Has nothing to do with the Climate control system.
