I just took a look at my own two year old Dometic DM2652 which is the same as your RM version and yes, on the lower portion of the cylindrical duct (Item 68) there is a thermofuse. It's mounted to the outside of that duct, is about 3/4" in diameter, and has two fairly heavy gauge red wires connected to it. Have you bothered to read Item 5.14 on Page 18 of that Diagnostic Manual I linked to earlier? ... if so you won't like the answer which in part says
"When the fuse pops it is normally an indication the cooling unit has a problem and the cooling unit will have to be replaced." Not what you want to hear, I'm sure.
BTW, I suspect the reason the thermofuse doesn't have a separate part number or is even shown on those parts breakdown drawings is that it comes as part of a new cooling unit, my bet being it's not even available as a separate part. For a current DM2652 that cooling unit carries part #2934606100.
