door latch replacement
2009 Itasca Cambria. I would like to change this locking mechanism to a keyless. Presently not locking off the electric door lock system and Ill figure that out but keyless would be sweet.

" Presently not locking off the electric door lock system and Ill figure that out" I've had similar problems with our 06 Outlook. In the coach door jamb, there are electrical contacts (to avoid a wiring harness through the door jamb). Unscrew the contact plate and check the back to make sure that there is a wire connected to each terminal. I found that one wire would fall off due to vibrations. I squeezed the connector tight, reinstalled and voila. It works.
