No. And my minimum recommendation for the effort is 100 watts.
For realistic use 200 to 400 watts.
Inverter to run a MW would need to be about 2000 watts, sine wave and driven by four large batteries. (400+ amp hours)
Yes you might squeak by with a little less if you choose to design to the minimum.
