I have never liked this thing, it has no temperature control whatsoever. It is on, or it is off.
Have a mobile repair guy come out and assess the damage/repair. As mentioned replacing the whole fridge WILL be a sticker shock.
I replaced the boards on mine 7 years ago and still going strong.
In regards to the no temp control. Fridges need 12 volt for the thermostat to work. I.E. it will come on but when it hits the temp called for, when it shuts off, it can not come back on without 12v.
As it appears you are living in this RV, is the converter working? Is the coach battery charged? Check that out first before you drop more $$$ for a new fridge. Good luck.
