There may be TWO problems at work here.
The lamp test is supposed to be just that: Testing that the lamps are not burnt out....and that's ALL.....so theoretically you have a bad lamp in that position.
Then about all you can check on the cruise is look and see if your stop lights are stuck ON. Hope for that 'cause it is and easy and relatively cheap fix.
P.S. Do they all have that little triangle ? I've never seen any light indicating an engaged cruise on my 450. It is an '06 I think.
