Opnspaces I sent an email, no response yet. I’ll try to call them again today.
MrWizard that is the same manual I have. The problem is that the grill plate doesn’t seem to come off easily and the sides are solid. First step today is to use brute force to remove the grill plate, I’ve already removed the two screws on the top of the plate, but something else is still holding it in place
