Easy way to take 12V input and create 24V output

I have a few similar to this in operation, mine are any volt to 12v buck/boost modules however:

Pros:
- rugged cast aluminum heat sink case
- fully potted with silicone
- inexpensive

Cons:
- not adjustable
- no way to inspect internal components
