Easy way to take 12V input and create 24V output

The fans already have 3 speed settings which is why them using 24V on a 12V system was silly from the start. With a 12V input the fans blow a gentle breeze but sometimes when it's really cold I would like to get a bit more of a blast of heat for a quicker warmup.
